If your account balance is less than $10.00, you can let it roll over to the next month and no penalties will be applied to your account. 

ATTENTION!

All credit cards payments are charged an additional processing fee of $2.50 or 3% of your bill, whichever is greater.  This processing fee also applies when you pay over the phone. 

PLEASE remember that your bill is always due by the 15th of each month, and any payments not received by the due date are considered delinquent. Late payment penalties are $5.00 or 1.50% of the unpaid monthly balance, whichever is greater.
